Highway DownloadsState Highway Shield GraphicsI am pleased to offer, free of charge, complete sets of highway shields available (by state or equivalent, e.g. DC) to download and use on your own "roadgeek" web site(s). Each set includes all Interstate, US and state primary road shields where applicable, in 64x64 size for 2-digit highways, or 64x80 for 3-digit highways. (For states that have state secondary roads, those will be included as I make them available on this page.) As an added bonus, any routes that are "on the books" but unsigned (or "secret"), those shields are also included! Here are some sample images:
There aren't many collections to start with... yet. As I have time, I will build up the collections and add them as I can. Be aware that the graphics in each collection are subject to change, as each state adds and/or removes highways from their portfolio. (At this time, any decommissioned or "historical" routes are not being included in any state collection available from this website.) Each collection comes with a "readme" text file with additional information pertinent to the use of these graphics images. Please read it before using or posting any of the images on any of your web site(s). Note: The Oklahoma highway shield set (below) is now obsolete, as the shields have been redesigned and replaced. For the time being I will still offer the old set of oval-shaped shields, but bear in mind that this is no longer the current standard. On to the downloads!
